My focus
Anxiety
Constant worry, panic attacks, feeling on edge, difficulty relaxing.
Low Mood
Persistent sadness, lack of motivation, loss of interest in life.
Identity & Meaning
Questions like “Who am I?”, “What’s my direction?” or a sense of feeling lost or stuck.
Self & Others
Challenges with forming close connections, repeating unhealthy patterns, ongoing conflict, integrating painful past experiences.
My formation is grounded in evidence-based methods, with advanced training in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), complemented by elements of Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and process-based approaches.
Driven by passion and committed to maintaining a scientifically rigorous practice, I incorporate research from neuroscience, positive psychology, and biology into my work. I also share a weekly newsletter featuring new research and evidence-based insights.
Psychology wasn’t always the obvious path for me. For a long time, I was searching: starting new things, leaving others behind, changing direction, learning new ideas, picking up new hobbies. If there was one constant, it was change itself.
Looking back, I see it less as wandering and more as gathering: experiences, emotions, people, lessons. All of that shaped the person you’ll meet in therapy.
What anchored me, even in confusing times, were traits that have always been part of me: curiosity, an analytical mind, a need to question, and a deep capacity for empathy. All of these naturally find their place in my work as a therapist.
Therapy with me isn’t about giving instructions. It’s more like stepping into a studio together, a place where fragments of your life can be laid out, re-examined, and shaped into something coherent.
In that process, you begin to hear yourself more clearly, see your path, and discover new ways of living with clarity and intention. I’m alongside you, supporting and guiding as the picture unfolds.
My services
I offer four types of services to match different needs: individual therapy for in-depth exploration and lasting change, coaching for clarity and goal-setting, psychological evaluation for personal and clinical use and labs for group learning and shared support.
The Thinking Behind My Practice
Therapy is not just about solving problems; it’s about understanding yourself in a way you couldn’t do alone. In our conversations, pieces of your life that once felt scattered, your childhood, your choices, your fears, begin to connect into a story that makes sense.
Often, what you’ve only felt vaguely or carried wordlessly takes shape for the first time. This process can be unsettling, but it’s also liberating. At its core, therapy is a meeting between two people, and in that meeting, you may find clarity, courage, and a different way of living.
Therapy with me isn’t about me telling you what to do. It’s about creating space where you can listen to yourself more clearly, notice the patterns, and find ways to live with more clarity and intention.
I’ll be there as a guide and a companion, helping you make sense of insights that emerge along the way.
