Individual Therapy

Each session provides an opportunity to slow down and focus on what matters most. Together, we look not only at the problem but at the ways it shapes your daily life.

You can expect both reflection, which involves putting words to feelings and experiences, and practice, such as exercises or strategies you can use between meetings. I aim to leave you with insight you can act on.

Coaching sessions

Coaching is a forward-looking process that helps you set priorities, make decisions, and take steady steps toward your goals. Unlike therapy, it stays in the present and future, working with clear objectives and strategies.

Together we define what matters most at the present moment in your life, break it into achievable steps, and build accountability and self-efficacy so you can follow through with clarity and confidence.

Psychological Evaluation

A psychological evaluation is a structured process that clarifies who you are and the challenges you face.

Through questionnaires, standardised tests and clinical interpretation, I provide a report highlighting your personality traits, strengths, vulnerabilities, and possible signs of conditions like anxiety or depression.

It can be a starting point for therapy, coaching, or personal reflection.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a safe space to explore yourself in connection with others. It works like a live laboratory for change where you can test new ways of relating, receive feedback, and see your patterns more clearly.

The group offers both support and challenge, helping you grow through shared experience and genuine connection. There are groups for anxiety, burnout, perfectionism and motivation.
